Spectrum Noir Challenge - Bling

hi Everyone

this months Spectrum Noir challenge and here is my card to inspire you.

This little cutie is Grace from the Angelica range of stamps.  How could i not colour this one in first as its named after my grand daughter   I should be ashamed.......  so after colouring Jessica this was my next image to colour with my Spectrum Noir Pens.  I've added glitter to her wings and also to the flowers to 'bling' it up a bit. The paper is also glittered too and again its from a kay and company pad.

Don't forget to pop over to the challenge and enter as you could win a fab prize.

Hope you like it

Luscious Landscapes with Spectrum Noirs

Hi Everyone

I'm so so busy at the minute and I'm having difficulty keeping my blog up to date.  But as i have a day off i thought i would up date it before the days fly by again.  This is one of the cards i have been making on my demo days and everyone has just been amazed at how easy it is to achieve the colouring with spectrum noirs.  Full colours and instructions are on the Spectrum Noir  blog but here is the finished card.

I've used my Spectrum Noir pensLuscious landscape Stamp, plain black card for the card base from the Centura pearl Card pack, coredinations card from the Nostalgia pack, a circle epiphany sticker and hen just finished with a sentiment, thread and a couple of brads.  The patterned paper is from a K&Co pack i had in my stash called Spring blossom, which matched perfectly with the lily pads in the image.

Hope you like it.

Angelica and Friends Blog Hop

hello everyone

I love a blog hop, don't you?  well here is your chance to win another fab prize from a new release from craters companion.  I can tell you it has been really hard to keep these little beauties a secret as i love them as they are all so cute.

So there is info on the Crafters Companion Blog already and Sara is launching the shows at 8am Feb 4th as a 4 day deal on Create and Craft so don't forget to watch.  Leann and Louisa will be carrying on the shows through to Thursday (if there are any left as I'm sure they will be really popular).

I've copied all of the blog links below just in case you have managed to get a little lost but you should be arriving here from Chrissie Tobas (US) blog and then after browsing here a little (don't forget to leave a comment) you need to hop over to
Mary Dawn Quirindongo (US).

All you have to do to win all 9 stamps sets worth over £35 is to leave a comment on as many or as few blogs as you like.  The more blogs you leave a comment on the more chance you will have of winning.  One lucky random commenter will be picked from one Uk team members blog and one from the US teams blog

(you have until Wednesday 6th Feb to leave a comment, winners will be announced on the CC UK blog Thursday 7th February)

Ok so i sooooo enjoyed colouring this gorgeous image of Jessica sitting on a toadstool.  i've used my Spectrum Noirs and papers from the matching angelica CD. They will all be available soon from Crafters Companion soon after launching on create and craft, so you can get them there first. I've also printed an epiphany from the cd and used my square shape tool and silver charm.  The tag is from the tag diesire set.

hope you like it and keep you eye out for the shows, i know i will be watching.

Love is in the Air

Hi Everyone

Its the beginning of February so start of a new month and the start of a new Crafters Companion Challenge Blog.  The theme is love is in the air and of course i had to chose my all time favourite SWALK image.

Ive used a topper from the SWALK Papercrafting CD Rom, and some Centura Card Snow White Silver.  I've used my  6x6 Embossalicious Flower Frenzy Folder and matted with , Coredinations card Nostalgia. Then to finish off i have made a couple of coredinations roses by hand with matching leaves and then added a small tag from the Diesire Scalloped Tag Die Cut set.
Hope you like it and go on pop over and enter into the competition.
